Complete applications for GCW will be reviewed by a panel of health professionals. Applicants will be notified by mail regarding the decision. To check the status of an application, go to: Has An Application Been Submitted? Click the Good Cause Waiver tab and Waiver Status from the drop-down menu and search the applicant’s social security number to identify if a GCW has been submitted.
