(1) You must be a CNA and listed as active on the Mo Certified Nurse Assistant Registry for at least six months.

• You must be 18 years of age.
• You must have a high school diploma or GED.
• You must not have a federal marker or be listed on the employee disqualification list (EDL); and
• You must have a letter of recommendation by a current or previous long term care employer.
