Registrants will be notified, in writing, by encrypted email or mail, any time an employer requests a background screening. The employer's name and address will be included in the notification. If the FCSR releases specific information to the employer, the registrant will also receive a copy. Registrants must notify the FCSR whenever there is a change in name and/or contact information to ensure receipt of future notifications.
