If a client does not have a preference for their Provider, they are given a list of Providers in their area that are currently contracted with the Department. If a client chooses your agency from the list, the Department will contact you. Additionally, Providers can refer potential clients to the Department. See Referral Packet for Home and Community Based Services for additional information. The Department does not guarantee when or how many clients a Provider will have.
