Once I am approved, how are Department staff and clients notified that I am a new Provider?
Department staff is notified by HCS Provider Contracts when a contract has been fully executed. Additionally, the new entity is added to the Department’s list of contracted entities. When clients do not have a preference, this list is offered to choose the agency to provide their services.
