Can I submit information for review prior to my “official” submission of the information so that I know the information is correct and my proposal will not be denied?
No. The information is only reviewed twice and there is no pre-review of information prior to its official submission. Doing a pre-review would negate the proposal process and the two opportunities to submit additional information.
